Claremont College is a government senior secondary school. It is in Claremont in the northern suburbs of Hobart, Tasmania. It overlooks the Derwent River, 15km from Hobart CBD. The school was established in 1990. It caters for approximately 500 students in Year 11 and 12. There are a full range of courses, preparing students for university, TAFE, traineeships and employment. Courses are delivered both on and off campus. Facilities include:

  • drama auditorium
  • sport and recreation centre
  • library
  • various computer laboratories
  • canteen
  • many sporting fields.
