A month-long school and community consultation on a new site for the North West Support School, Devonport campus has started today.
The consultation is part of the Tasmanian Government’s $62.15 million commitment to redevelop the North West Support School, which includes a new Devonport campus on a new site and upgrades to the Burnie campus, including a new hydrotherapy pool.
Two potential sites have been identified – one at Devonport and the other at Spreyton. Both sites are in close proximity to existing government schools, which will enable positive connections with the North West Support School.
