The Saltbush Child and Family Learning Centre will be co-located on the Kingston Primary School site, providing critical services for children and families in the Kingborough Local Government Area.
The new Child and Family Learning Centre (CFLC) will offer a variety of services to support you, all in one place. It is somewhere you and your child can make friends and they can learn as they play. It’s a welcoming place where you can get advice on health and family matters, education and training. For families and young children, its a friendly and caring environment that supports you with health and wellbeing services for children from birth to age 5.

The initial stage of community engagement provides an opportunity for parents, carers, families, service providers and the broader community to help shape the new Kingborough Child and Family Learning Centre (CFLC). Phase 1 of the Get Involved campaign for the Kingborough CFLC was conducted from 10 August-18 September 2020.

Local Enabling Group
A Local Enabling Group (LEG) has been established to contribute and consider ideas throughout project development. The LEG has representation from key local leaders, service providers and community members representing a broad cross section of the Kingborough community.
