• Our Data, Systems and Insights (DSI) team coordinates all applications to conduct research in Tasmanian government schools.
  • Research applications are reviewed by the Research Applications Advisory Committee (RAAC). The Director (DSI) provides final approval for all applications.  
  • Research applicants are encouraged to minimise their impact on schools and consider remote research where applicable.
  • It is a condition of any existing or future approvals that researchers comply with COVID-19 safety requirements.
  • Guidelines for research and the Research Application form are available for download below. Applications should be emailed to research@decyp.tas.gov.au.
