The purpose of this review was to understand better how the model has been implemented since 2020; what has worked well, and importantly, what needs further refinement.
As part of the review, KPMG undertook an extensive consultation process with schools, families, students, disability stakeholder groups, education stakeholder groups, and relevant departmental business units.
This feedback has helped shape the report’s findings, which has produced 12 recommendations, themed across four key areas.
