The residence is located in Rose Bay, close to Rosny College. The residence has views of kunanyi/Mount Wellington and the River Derwent and is located close to public transport.
It is also a close walk to Eastlands shopping centre and a range of services in the Rosny area.
The residence has capacity for 30 students and operates from Sunday afternoon until Friday during college terms, with students returning to their homes at weekends. Each student has their own 1-bedroom unit with an ensuite bathroom. All rooms have high-speed wi-fi access.
There is a shared lounge/recreation room, as well as a shared kitchen for all students, and a dining area. Students self-cater (meals are not provided), with fridge/freezer space available for all students. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Students are supported by live-in and other residential staff.
There is a car park for students with their own vehicles.
