Course description
This 45-minute online session supports school leaders, teachers and professional support staff to build confidence in using the MSP Student Attendance Report. Participants will explore the report’s structure, key features and practical applications, including whole-school, cohort and individual student data. The session will demonstrate how attendance data can be used to identify patterns and trends, develop shared understanding and support informed decision making. A recording and accompanying PowerPoint presentation will be provided for ongoing use within schools.

Participants will develop a deeper understanding of:
- navigating and using the key features of the MSP Student Attendance Report
- exploring attendance data at whole-school, cohort and individual student levels
- identifying patterns and trends in attendance data to support informed decision making
- using the report and supporting resources to build shared understanding within their team or school
